In the Netherlands, HAVO students typically graduate at the age of 15 or 16. Before graduation, they need to decide what to study and who they want to become in the future. Making such an important decision at such a young age is challenging, as they are still discovering their interests, skills, and aspirations. To complicate matters, many students lack the necessary knowledge about the wide range of careers available to them.
At NewCrew, we aim to give students a better opportunity to make informed decisions about their future. At the same time, we are contributing to addressing the staff shortage in the healthcare industry across the country.
